There is a feeling called betrayal. In most cases it is done intentionally and the person that is betraying knows they are betraying someone. That is the easiest kind of betrayal. It is hard to get over but it heals with time. You know who is in the wrong and you can despise them with everything in you. It is easy to be revolted by someone doing something wrong to you, but it is hard when you can’t tell who is in the wrong. There is just a feeling that makes you feel bad about yourself. Nothing major needs to happen to feel this way. It can stem from a build up of un-told thoughts that may seem minor at first but harms you in the long run. There is a story where a frog is put in a pot of water at a normal temperature and the temperature is raised slowly and the frog doesn’t realize until it is too late. The rise in temperature is the the unsaid things that was thought to not be harmful until it is too late and the betrayal starts to set in. It may be your own fault for letting it get so bad, so it may feel like you are in the fault and maybe you are. However each situation varies. It is an awful feeling that eats you from the inside out and there is no easy solution to make this feeling go away. I have tried.
